Hi friends!  Thanks so much to todays lovely participants, Amy, Jaden, Sarah, Riley, and Claire.  This morning's small group allowed us to personalize the yoga time we shared.  We read A Good Day by Kevin Henkes and used it as a springboard for our practice, as well as Jaden's experience rescuing a baby bird.
